National External Diploma Program (NEDP)


The National External Diploma Program (EDP) is an alternate route to earning a high school diploma. Students are expected to demonstrate a number of life skills through several tasks. Each candidate must also demonstrate an individual skill in an occupational, academic, or specialized area.

To be eligible for the program, you must attend one of the Information sessions listed below:

Thursday, December 10 Thursday, March 11
Thursday, January 14 Thursday, April 8
Thursday, February 11 Thursday, May 6

All Information sessions are held at 5:30 pm at the Keefe Learning Lab, 11 Pine Street, Hamden, CT. Call 773-9211 for more information.
