Healthy Endeavors: Are You Suffering From the Sugar Blues?
 Are you constantly craving sweets and want to understand why? Do you want to have more balanced energy and feel less tired? Are you ready to kick your sugar habit once and for all? This workshop allows participants to learn the history of sugar consumption in the US and it's epidemic levels, understand the difference between simple and complex carbohydrates, learn about natural sweeteners, identify the source of sugar cravings and what to do to overcome them and learn how making small changes to your diet can alleviate sugar cravings.
