The Passion of Italian Cooking II

This advanced class will enhance the passion of true Italian cooking using fresh top quality ingredients. This course will include classes on risottos, porchetta, advanced pastas, assorted chicken and seafood entrees among others. The instructor for this class is celebrated Italian Chef Anthony Romano (former Hamden resident returning to CT after 5 years cooking and teaching in Hawaii) who brings to the table his own passion for old world family style Italian cuisine.

Consumable fee of $50 payable to instructor at class.
