Special-Occasion Cake with Wow-Factor

You don't have to be a pastry chef to make this amazing angel food cake stuffed with strawberry mousse. Through step-by-step instruction, you will learn how to make this specialty cake and how to decorate it with piped pink whipped cream and fanned strawberries. To ensure consistently good results, the class includes essential tips and techniques, plus general baking information. A perfect cake for Easter and Mother's Day. A short supply list will be mailed to each enrollee prior to class.
